I recently moved to Michigan from Indy. I have used small auto shops for over 30 years and have never owned an new car. Over the years I had a couple of misses with shops but ultimately always found a good one.

I researched the area and thought Oriole looked like a good bet. Wow did Oriole hit the ball out of the park!

They took care of all of the issues and their charges were extremely reasonable. Their service was incredible and the professionalism from everyone I dealt with told me I picked the right place to take my vehicles.

Oriole is awesome! When I had issues with the brakes on my Yukon they told me exactly what was wrong with it and they found other issues before they became huge ones too that I didn’t know about. They are very honest! And thats the main reason I will go back to them

This is the only place I take my truck for repairs. Just had some work done yesterday because it started misfiring. Turned out to be a wiring issue that was an easy fix. Well, easy for the mechanics who are really good at what they do, not so much if I would've tried it myself haha. Anyway, all great people and I highly recommend

I was able to get an appointment in a fair amount of time, they pretty much re did most front end suspension on my car. When I got it back, drove like a new car. Only thing I had to do is reach out to get updates on the car, although I understand people get busy. They followed up with me two months later to make sure the car was still doing well. Very professional and friendly, highly reccomend!

Just started taking our cars there a few weeks ago. So far we are very impressed. Seem to be extremely honest and reasonably priced. If their work holds up, and I have no reason to believe it won't, we won't be going anywhere else. I have taken my vehicle to Dawn and Dan at Oriole Automotive for almost ten years. Dan is an excellent mechanic and will always tell me if my vehicle actually needs something fixed. I recently went to the new tire store for tires and was told I needed brakes. I had Dan ck and he showed me that I had plenty of pad still to use. Appreciate their honesty. I have got to say I have been to many auto repair/service shops but at the top of the list is Oriole..had issues w my engine light coming on and Curtis “The Mechanic “ and Lauren at the front who has the most knowledge about cars and a great personality saved my Jeep and sent me in the right direction..printed out a bulletin showing work might be covered under powertrain warranty and today I found out it is !!! they went above and beyond !! Oriole has the best customer service around! I've had my vehicle there a few times and have NEVER had a bad experience. I work down the road from them and they even picked up and dropped my vehicle off to me. This place was super helpful and friendly even before we brought our truck in for a diagnosis. Everyone I spoke to actually listened to what I was saying about the truck before we scheduled an appointment. It turned out to be warranty work that was needed and truth be told, I would rather have had Oriole fix the vehicle rather than the dealership since they were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call again if the truck acts up.

I was traveling through the area when I started having problems with my truck. Lauren and Curtis were both great to work with! They made room in their schedule to inspect my truck and make sure it was safe to travel home.
